Microneedling (face and neck):

Insurance:   Many insurance companies cover acupuncture services, so please call your insurance to find out their policies.  Acupuncture is also covered by most FSA accounts.   I will be happy to provide the appropriate invoices.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Please let me know 24 hours in advance of your appointment if you cannot make it.  Cancellation fees within 24 hours of your appointment : $50.  If you have an appointment and are a no-show, then you will be charged full price for the visit. Coming late to an appointment is also not always feasible especially if there is a patient scheduled immediately after you.  Cancellation charges will apply, and I will be happy to reschedule for another time.
